Sexual Harassment Prevention & Anti-Discrimination Training

Description

As of January 1, 2019, all Delaware employers with 50 or more employees MUST: 

• Provide sexual harassment prevention training for all of their supervisors/managers and employees.
• Train all new hires between six months & one year of employment.
• Train Supervisors/managers and employees every two years. 

The training will cover:
Discrimination
Harassment
Sexual Harassment
Retaliation

Taking Action
